Changes, Changes: Supporting Ourselves through Transitions with Ease
Read for some helpful tips to work through transitions.
Hi readers,
Living with ADHD and neurodivergence can bring unique challenges, especially when it comes to navigating through transitions in daily life. They can be overwhelming, causing stress and anxiety that we can’t afford to add to all of the other issues we are dealing with.
However, with the right strategies and support, you can learn to manage these transitions effectively and lead a more balanced life. As an accountability and burnout coach, I'm here to share some easy-to-follow tips to support you through transitions without feeling overwhelmed.
I am so excited to announce some new, FREE, monthly public events that will be hosted in the Accountable Otters Club!
On the second Wednesday of every month, we will have 2 hours of free public body-doubling starting this month! Have you been curious about all this “body-doubling” you’re seeing online?
Body doubling is a form of neutral accountability in completing a task in the presence of another person, whether virtually or in person, to motivate and inspire you to get something done.
Want to try it out? Register here for the very first public body doubling w/ the AOC!
I have always enjoyed hosting webinars, and will now be offering a free, monthly public 45-minute webinar in the AOC! They will be hosted on the third Saturday of every month, starting this month.
Our theme for August’s webinar will be “Supporting Ourselves through Transitions: Task Switching & Inertia” and you can register for the event below.
Don’t forget that our Mini-Memberships are live, and you get access to more of what the Accountable Otters Club offers. Check them out on the website here!
Warmly,
Izzie
